New Pool Construction
Custom in-ground pool construction in Kansas City
A pool is a structure before it's a luxury. We engineer the shell, size the plumbing and equipment for the water volume it actually has to move, and build it to survive Missouri freeze-thaw for decades — not for the length of a warranty period.
What’s included
Every custom build starts on paper and ends in your backyard: site evaluation, engineered structure, gunite shell, plumbing and equipment sized for the job. No shortcuts under the surface — that's where 'built right the first time' actually lives.
- Gunite and concrete in-ground pools designed for your lot, not a catalog
- Site evaluation, excavation, steel, plumbing, and gunite handled in-house
- Tanning ledges, benches, raised spas, and vanishing edges designed in from day one
- Equipment sized for real turnover — quieter pumps and lower running cost
- Waterline tile, coping, decking, and plaster finished by the same crew

How it works
Our new pool construction process
Design & site review
We walk the yard, check grade, access, and utilities, then draw a pool that fits how you'll actually use it.
Excavation & steel
Layout, dig, and a rebar cage tied to spec for the soil and shape.
Gunite & plumbing
Shell shot and cured, with plumbing runs and equipment sized for the volume.
Tile, coping & deck
Waterline tile, coping stone, and decking set level and detailed clean.
Plaster, fill & startup
Interior finish applied by hand, fill, balance chemistry, and walk you through the equipment.
FAQ
New Pool Construction questions, answered
How long does a new pool build take?
Most residential gunite builds run roughly 8–14 weeks from dig to fill, depending on weather, inspections, and how custom the features are.
Do you build gunite or fiberglass pools?
We build gunite and concrete pools. They can be any shape or depth and, built correctly, outlast every other option.
How far will you travel for a build?
We serve the Kansas City metro and roughly a 200-mile radius around it.
